Our method of yoga instruction is rooted in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga. Our yoga instructor strongly emphasizes the physical alignment of the body in the “asanas” (body positions), creating a sense of balance and flexibility.

Putting safety first, we provide step-by-step personal guidance as well as all the equipment you need to attain ideal alignment: mats, blankets, blocks, straps, pillows and bolsters. Successful yoga practice will enhance your stability; improve your balance, flexibility and bone strength; leaving you stronger, healthier, and more energized with less stress.
