This traditional method is dedicated to teaching according to the system elaborated by B.K.S. Iyengar. Rooted in Ashtanga and Hatha yoga, Iyengar yoga strongly emphasizes the physical alignment of the body in the “asanas” (body positions), creating a sense of balance and flexibility.

Putting safety first, we provide step-by-step personal guidance as well as all the equipment you need to attain ideal alignment: mats, blankets, blocks, straps, pillows and bolsters.
