A Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, Reflexologist, Holistic Nutritionist & lifestyle coach, currently pending board certification as a traditional Naturopathic Doctor with the ANMA. She worked as a Registered Nurse for over 20 years, but it wasn’t until after seeing her father and grandparents pass away from medication side effects with an increased decline in their health. She decided to help as many people as possible begin to improve their health and ultimately live longer lives.
Her holistic approach to healing helps clients feel safe, heard, and valued, while also helping to identify the true underlying root causes of disease so that the body’s innate healing process can take place.
