We recommend that you call the spa as far in advance as possible to plan your time with us, a minimum of one week, preferably two.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment in order to allow time to check in and decompress. Out of consideration for other guests, late arrivals do not receive extensions of scheduled appointment times and are responsible for full-service fees.
Feel free to arrive in comfortable attire. Therapists will only expose the portion of your body that is being treated at the time. If you are having a facial, you may even wish to arrive without makeup. It’s best to remove your jewelry before a treatment or leave it at home.
We ask that cell phones and pagers be muted for maximum relaxation!
Your therapist will consult with you on your expectations before beginning your treatment. He or she will customize the treatment around your needs and will also create an individually tailored home care plan for you.
It’s entirely up to you, as the staff takes their cues from you. If you are quiet, they will be too. If your therapist’s touch is too rough or too light, the temperature of the room too warm or too cool, or the music is too loud, speak up! Their goal is to provide you with the ultimate spa experience.
When the treatment has ended and the therapist extends an invitation to “take your time getting up” while he or she leaves the room, just how long is it acceptable for one to continue lying there?
In most instances, the treatment room will be needed in the next 15 minutes or so for the next guest. It is certainly appropriate to take your time while dressing, about five minutes or so. Your therapist will meet you outside the treatment room door with some water and review what you can do at home to continue the results of your treatment.
Many guests choose to leave a gratuity for our massage therapists and aestheticians. If you would like to leave a gratuity for your therapist, fifteen to twenty percent is considered customary.
Gratuity is not necessary for personal training or wellness program.
Natural Health has been in the United States for more than 100 years. A Natural Health Practitioner acknowledges and works to assist the self-healing process in every individual. They seek to identify and eliminate the underlying cause of illness, rather than to simply eliminate or suppress symptoms. Naturopathic Health emphasizes education and encourages self-responsibility for health. A Naturopathic Doctor is a teacher. Each client is seen as a whole person that has “individual” physical, mental, genetic, spiritual, environmental, and social factors and needs. Naturopathic Doctors recognize the importance of disease “prevention.” The evaluation they perform is to determine the cause of existing or potential health concerns. Naturopathic Doctors do not “diagnose” disease nor give “treatment” for disease. It is the correct interventions and support programs which are the key to creating and maintaining optimal health & balance in each individual client.
